Returns & exchanges

Every HOTTAKE tee is printed on demand just for you by our production partner (Printify). Because each item is made to order, our policy works a little differently from a big-box store — here's exactly how it goes.

The short version

  • Free reprint or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  • ⏱️ Report it within 30 days of delivery.
  • 📷 Just send a photo — no need to ship the item back.
  • 🚫 We can't accept returns for wrong size/colour ordered or a change of mind.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If there's a problem with print quality, the item is damaged in transit, or it's not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund. Report it within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue — you won't need to return the original item.

Wrong size, colour, or change of mind

Because items are made to order, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size or colour. Please check our size guidebefore ordering. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, contact us fast — if it hasn't entered production yet we can often still change or cancel it.

How to start a claim

  1. Head to our contact page.
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
  3. We'll confirm and arrange your reprint or refund — usually within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
