1. Who you're buying from

This store (mcdizains.com) is operated by SIA RR Enterprises, a company registered in Latvia (Ventspils iela 6, Kuldīga, LV-3301). Full details on our Imprint.

2. Products

Items are printed on demand. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in colour/placement are normal. See the size guide before ordering.

3. Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

4. Orders & contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm/accept it. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing errors, stock/production issues) and refund you.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

6. Shipping & fulfilment

Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner (Printify). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

7. Returns

Because items are made to order, our returns/refunds work as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

8. Intellectual property & content you submit

Designs, logos, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

You may submit reviews, ratings, and photos of products you have purchased. By submitting content you confirm that: (a) you own or have all rights necessary to it and it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other third-party right; (b) it is truthful, relates to a genuine purchase, and is not unlawful, offensive, or misleading; and (c) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with the store and its marketing. Uploaded photos are reviewed before publication. We may edit, refuse, or remove any submission at our discretion, and we may decline or cancel any order involving content that appears to infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you submit.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights).

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. EU consumers can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
